Enjoy one of our Compact Cocoon ensuites. A purposely-designed space built to enhance sleep. Windowless by Design, expect a clutter and gadget free experience that removes all distractions, so you can retreat, relax and re-emerge revived.

Designed with relaxation in mind, your Park Lane ensuite is a space to refresh and restore. Step beneath the walk-in rainfall shower and let the day fall away.

The mirror is more than a reflection. With integrated ambient mood settings, it gently follows the rhythm of natural daylight.

Setting the mood is simple:

Tap once for bright morning light, fresh and energising.
Press and hold to transition into warm evening tones and get sleep-ready.

A gentle glow that mirrors the day, so your body knows when to rise and when to rest.

What to expect

48 Hours before arrival

Online check-in is now open. You’ll receive a secure link to upload your personal details ahead of arrival, helping you settle in smoothly at Zedwell Park Lane.

Day of arrival

We’ll have your Cocoon ready for your arrival, so you can settle in and unwind.
Any special requests or room preferences will be taken care of where possible.
If you need to arrive early, or leave your luggage with us, we offer this for a small charge. Send us a message or speak to one of our hosts in reception.

At the hotel

Enter your booking reference or scan your digital pass on our self-service kiosks.
Collect your key card and go straight to your Cocoon Room
Simple and seamless. And if you need anything at all, our hosts are always nearby to help.

During your stay

A quiet, climate-controlled space designed for uninterrupted sleep. With soft, adjustable lighting and individually controlled air conditioning, set to your comfort
Plush towels and refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Irons and hairdryers are available to hire for £10.
For longer stays, a full linen refresh and room clean is provided every four nights.
Amenities are replenished daily.

Night before departure

If you need to extend your stay, or leave your luggage with us, we offer this for a small charge.

Departure day

Check-out at our self-service kiosks.
Enter your room number and leave your key card. Yes, it’s that simple. Our hosts are always nearby if you need any help.

Small choices during your stay can make a meaningful difference.

Remove your key card when you leave to switch off lights and air conditioning.
Reuse your towels – we only replace those left on the shower floor.
Keep your Cocoon Room tidy to reduce the need for additional cleaning.
Return your key card at check-out so it can be reused.
