Do the capsules have transparent walls or doors?
No, there are no semi-transparent glass walls or doors. Each capsule provides complete privacy for a restful stay in one of London’s innovative capsule hotels.
Can capsules be locked for security?
Yes, capsules can be locked from both inside and outside for your security and total privacy.
Are padlocks available to lock my capsule?
Padlocks can be purchased from vending machines for £8. These are only needed if you wish to lock your capsule from the outside. For guests who prefer to bring their own, please note that 38mm padlocks are suitable for the capsule locks.
Can I request a specific floor assignment?
