Zedwell is a new way to stay. Step inside and you’ll find a calm space to rest so you can get the most out of the city. Our Cocoon Rooms are windowless by design to help you slow down, sleep well and re-charge.
No TVs. No clutter. No complicated switches.
Just a quiet, low-stimulation space designed for deep, uninterrupted sleep.
At the heart of your Cocoon Room is the natural oak sleeping area, crafted from sustainable wood and softly illuminated by our signature warm and gentle lighting.
When you’re ready to rest, sink into your Hypnos mattress wrapped in the softest Egyptian cotton sheets.
Every detail is considered and pared back to what truly matters, reducing excess and lowering energy use.

The mirror is more than a reflection. With integrated ambient mood settings, it gently follows the rhythm of natural daylight.

48 Hours Before Arrival
Online check-in is now open. You’ll receive a secure link to upload your personal details ahead of arrival, helping you settle in smoothly at Zedwell.
– International guests: If you’re travelling on a non-UK passport, you’ll be asked to provide your passport details during online check-in, in line with UK legal requirements.
Day of Arrival
We’ll have your Cocoon Room ready for your arrival, so you can settle in and unwind.
Any special requests or room preferences will be taken care of where possible.

Simple and seamless. And if you need anything at all, our hosts are always nearby to help.
During Your Stay
A quiet, climate-controlled space designed for uninterrupted sleep. With soft, adjustable lighting and individually controlled air conditioning, set to your comfort
Plush towels and refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Irons and hairdryers are available to hire for £10.
For longer stays, a full linen refresh and room clean is provided every four nights.
Amenities are replenished daily.
Night Before Departure
If you need to extend your stay, or leave your luggage with us, we offer this for a small charge. Send us a message or speak to one of our hosts in reception.

Check-out at our self-service kiosks.

We offer flexible check-in times if you need to arrive early and settle straight into your Cocoon Room.
– Very early check-in | £60 | 9am – 12pm
– Early check-in | £40 | 12pm – 3pm
We believe rest should never feel rushed.
If you need more time to sleep deeper, linger longer and leave even more refreshed, we offer flexible check-out too.
