Piccadilly Circus Underground station is served by two lines:
- Bakerloo Line – direct connections north to Paddington, Maida Vale, and Harrow; south to Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, and Brixton.
- Piccadilly Line – direct connections east to King’s Cross St. Pancras and onwards; west to Heathrow Airport (Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5).

- Gatwick Airport – approx. 50–60 mins via Thameslink to Farringdon or Victoria, then tube
