Our 3 rate categories offer varying levels of support and flexibility on changing your booking as per below:

Fully Flexible: Free cancellation up until 48 hours prior to arrival (U.K. time). If cancelled outside of the cancellation window, full stay will be charged.

Semi-Flexible: Free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival (U.K. time). If cancelled outside of the cancellation window, full stay will be charged.

Non-refundable: Non-Refundable and non-amendable rate. Full prepayment at time of booking.

Amending stay dates outside the cancellation windows or at any time on the non-refundable rate, must be done by the reservations team, and will incur both a £50 admin fee, and the cost difference in rates.

Zedwell Hotel at Piccadilly Circus:

Heathrow Airport (LHR): The easiest way is to take the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground (“The Tube”). We are linked directly to and from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly line, providing a fast and convenient door-to-door underground link.

Gatwick Airport (LGW): Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria station. From Victoria station, you can take the Victoria Line on the Tube to Green Park station, and then switch to the Piccadilly Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

Stansted Airport (STN): The quickest way is to take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale station. From Tottenham Hale station, take the Central Line on the Tube to Oxford Circus station, and then switch to the Bakerloo Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

Luton Airport (LTN): Take a shuttle bus to Luton Airport Parkway train station. From there, take a train to St Pancras station. From St Pancras station, walk to Kings Cross Station and take the Piccadilly Line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

London City Airport (LCY): Take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) from the airport to Canning Town. From Canning Town, take the Jubilee Line on the Tube to Waterloo, and then switch to the Bakerloo line to reach Piccadilly Circus station.

Zedwell Underground Hotel Tottenham Court Road:

Heathrow Airport (LHR): The easiest way is to take the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground (“The Tube”). From Heathrow, travel to Leicester Square station, then change to the Northern Line to reach Tottenham Court Road station.

Gatwick Airport (LGW): Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria station. From Victoria, take the Victoria Line on the Tube to Oxford Circus station, and then switch to the Central Line to reach Tottenham Court Road station.

Stansted Airport (STN): The quickest way is to take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale station. From there, take the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus station, and then transfer to the Central Line to reach Tottenham Court Road station.

London City Airport (LCY): Take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) from the airport to Canning Town. From Canning Town, take the Jubilee Line on the Tube to Waterloo, and then switch to the Northern Line to reach Tottenham Court Road station.

Zedwell Hotel Greenwich:

Heathrow Airport (LHR): Take the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground to Green Park station. From Green Park, transfer to the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf, then switch to the DLR towards Lewisham and get off at either Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich or Greenwich station.

Gatwick Airport (LGW): Take a Southern or Thameslink train to London Bridge station. From London Bridge, either take a Southeastern train directly to Greenwich station or transfer to the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf and connect to the DLR for Greenwich.

Stansted Airport (STN): Take the Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street station. From there, take the Central Line to Bank station, then transfer to the DLR towards Lewisham and get off at either Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich or Greenwich station.

Luton Airport (LTN): Take a shuttle bus to Luton Airport Parkway station, then a train to London Bridge. From London Bridge, take a Southeastern train directly to Greenwich station, or take the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf and connect to the DLR for Greenwich.

London City Airport (LCY): Take the DLR from the airport towards Bank. Change at Poplar station for a connecting DLR service towards Lewisham and get off at either Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich or Greenwich station.

Zedwell Hotel Knightsbridge:

Heathrow Airport (LHR): Take the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground directly from any Heathrow terminal to Knightsbridge station.

Gatwick Airport (LGW): Take the Gatwick Express or a Southern Rail train to Victoria station. From Victoria, take the District or Circle Line to South Kensington, then walk or take the Piccadilly Line one stop to Knightsbridge station.

Stansted Airport (STN): Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street station. From there, take the Circle Line to South Kensington, then walk or take the Piccadilly Line one stop to Knightsbridge station.

Luton Airport (LTN): Take a shuttle bus to Luton Airport Parkway station, then a train to St Pancras station. From St Pancras, take the Piccadilly Line directly to Knightsbridge station.

London City Airport (LCY): Take the DLR from the airport to Bank station. From Bank, transfer to the Central Line to Holborn, then change to the Piccadilly Line and travel to Knightsbridge station.

Stansted (STN): Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street, then the Circle Line to South Kensington, and walk or take the Piccadilly Line one stop to Knightsbridge.

Luton (LTN): Take a shuttle to Luton Airport Parkway, then a train to St Pancras, and from there take the Piccadilly Line to Knightsbridge.

London City (LCY): Take the DLR to Bank, then the Central Line to Holborn, and switch to the Piccadilly Line to Knightsbridge.

Our quiet cosy Cocoons are built with natural oak and situated in the world-famous Trocadero building in London’s Piccadilly Circus. The rooms are window free to shut out the outside world, with filtered air and gentle lighting for your sleep and wellbeing. There are no distractions in the bedrooms such as televisions or radios to keep you from sleeping, but we’re giving you unlimited Wi-Fi access if you require your fix of technology.

Our early check-in policy is as follows:

Check-in time starts at 3pm.
Check-out time is at 10am.

Early check-in is possible for an additional fee.

Fees vary depending on the time of early check-in:

• £60 for check-in before 12pm.

• £40 for check-in between 12pm and 3pm.

Early check-in is subject to availability and charged per room.

Late checkout fees is applicable as below.

£50 for late check-out up to 12pm.
£80 for late check-out up to 2pm.
Full night’s rate is charged after 2pm

At Zedwell, the wellbeing of our guests and respect for the environment are important to us. As we are move forward with the go green initiative, your cocoons are given a full cleaning every 4 days.

If you’d like your room cleaned during your stay with us, just let us know at reception. Additional charges applies to compensate our cleaners and offset the environmental effect of cleaning.

We have vending machines on the ground floor.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus offers complimentary access to Beauty & Ironing Rooms. The rooms are:

• Ironing Room: 11.215, 5203

• Beauty Room: 7103, 3131

• Alternatively, guests can request an iron or hairdryer to be delivered to their room for a £10 fee.

Zedwell Tottenham Court Road offers complimentary access to Beauty & Ironing Rooms on level -4, near reception. Alternatively, guests can request an iron or hairdryer to be brought to their room for a £10 fee.

Please note, Zedwell Greenwich does not have a Beauty or Ironing Room. Guests in this property will have access to complimentary irons and hair dryers in their rooms upon request from the front desk.

Of course, leave your belongings with us. There is a charge of £15 per piece to use these secure facilities situated near reception.

Yes, the gym and studio are open (from 6:30am – 8:30pm Mon-Fri and 7am – 1pm Sat-Sun) for Personal Training and Fitness Classes. Resident Guests can join for a fee of £10. Get refreshments for your workout at Shaman Coffee lounge.

British nationals and UK residents can check in by using any government approved photo ID.

All foreign nationals are required to upload their passport copy online. Please check your email for secure check in link to upload the copy of your passport.

Your safety is important to us. Please familiarise yourself with the fire exits and evacuation procedures located in your room and throughout the hotel. In the event of a fire, please follow the instructions of the hotel Team. Fire alarms are tested at 11.30am weekly on Mondays.

If you book online then we can only guarantee rates for the first 10 rooms.

Zedwell Hotels reserves the right to cancel your booking if terms and conditions are not accepted.

In the unlikely event of not being able to accommodate your booking, we will upgrade you to one of our sister hotels, subject to availability. If you are not satisfied with the proposed arrangement, we will offer a full refund. If we are unable to relocate you, we will provide a full refund processed within 7 days.

If you have booked to stay in one of our sister hotels at a flexible rate and show up at an alternate hotel in the portfolio, our team will try their best to accommodate the change subject to availability. Hotel changes are subject to charges based on the difference in rate between when you booked, and the best available rate on the day of arrival, as well as a £50 admin fee associated with the last minute change.
