10 Tips for the Best Night of Sleep

Avoid going to bed overly full or excessively hungry to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

Steer clear of screens during the last hour of your day. The blue light emitted by electronic devices can interfere with your sleep patterns.
Optimal Temperature
Maintain the optimal room temperature for restful sleep at around 19 degrees Celsius, then snuggle up under your duvet to drift off.
Cool Down
The core temperature of your body and brain need to drop by around two to three degrees for you to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. Before bedtime, enjoy a relaxing rain shower to refresh your body and wash away the day's stress. The warm water helps redistribute heat from your core, promoting a comfortable sleep temperature.
